Approximately 5,022 pounds of bistro au jus gravy product was incorrectly labeled as pork gravy.

The product contains soy, a known allergen which was not declared on the product label.

Hale and Hearty Soups LLC is recalling approximately 455 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken chili soup product that may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes.

The ready-to-eat grilled chicken breast items were shipped to retail stores in Florida, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri and North Dakota.

The products were shipped to 26 Schnuck retail locations in Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana.

The ready to eat beef and pork snack stick products were produced on May 13, 2016.

The eggrolls were found to contain shrimp instead of pork.

OSI Industries, LLC, a Fort Atkinson, Wis. establishment, is recalling approximately 21,403 pounds of chicken products that may be contaminated with extraneous materials.
