The products may be contaminated with plastic pieces.

Approximately 2,100 pounds of products are affected in recall notice.

7 case-patients have been identified in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Water samples collected at the establishment on Feb. 24 and Sept. 9, 2016 were positive for Coliform bacteria.

Meat was produced without benefit of inspection.

The Italian sausage, beef and lamb items were produced on various dates between April 20 and July 27, 2016.

The FSIS OIEA investigator discovered that the product was being stored under insanitary conditions, including rodent activity, in the storage areas of the property.
