BioSafe Systems has introduced three new pieces of technology: BioSafe Continuous Dosing System (CDS) for livestock water treatment, BioBuster technology for PAA Dosing and Monitoring in Poultry Processing, and BioChamber Technology for PAA Monitoring in Poultry Chiller Waters.

BioSafe Systems announces BioSafe Continuous Dosing System, a single chemical pre-dilution tank that provides ultra-lean dilutions and eliminates hand mixing stock solutions. Available in three models, this system keeps livestock water lines clear of scale, mineral build-up, harmful bacteria, algae, and heavy soils.

The BioSafe CDS is easily integrated with existing medicators, reduces handling and monitoring of chemicals, and provides safer working environments to employees.

Pairing BioSafe CDS with BioSafe Systems’ SaniDate 5.0 maintains clean and disease-free water for your livestock by utilizing the proven power of peroxyacetic acid to break up biofilm and mineral deposits to clean your water lines. SaniDate 5.0 is safe to use as both a drinking water sanitizer or during routine maintenance.

BioSafe Systems announces BioBuster, an integrated control and monitoring system used to manage a variety of PAA applications within the processing plant. This system is designed to control pumps, equipment, and dosing with a variety of control meters, probes, and valves.

Communication with pump controllers automatically maintains desired levels of intervention chemistry, pH adjusters, and other required chemistries throughout the operation. For areas where high pH levels, high levels of fats, oils, and greases would typically damage standard probe technology, pair BioBuster with BioSafe Systems’ BioChamber, a proprietary technology designed to provide highly accurate monitoring of chiller process waters.

The BioBuster provides real-time monitoring of all intervention points and cloud-based reporting capabilities allows customers to generate large amounts of operational data which increases efficacy, efficiency, and savings.

BioSafe Systems announces new technology for monitoring PAA concentrations in water used for poultry processing chiller applications. BioChamber is designed to monitor peroxyacetic acid and caustic ppm levels at multiple intervention hurdle steps including chillers, dips and spray cabinets, and communicate with the pump controller to maintain desired levels of intervention chemistries.

The BioChamber is equipped with specially designed probe housing for accurate monitoring of chiller process waters where high pH levels and high levels of fats, oils, and greases would typically damage standard technology. This breakthrough technology allows dosing systems to automatically increase or decrease the amount of PAA being introduced, regardless of pH levels. Paired with BioSafe Systems’ BioBuster, all data is transmitting a cloud-based system for 24-hour monitoring and reporting.
