BioSafe Systems’ SaniDate FD is an FDA approved antimicrobial agent approved for direct contact on poultry, meat, seafood, vegetables and in ice used in food processing. It is not pH dependant and only requires a simple one step dilution. When used as directed SaniDate reduces contamination of pathogenic bacteria Salmonella spp., Campylobacter, E. coli and spoilage organisms that reduce shelf life. The 15% peracetic acid organic formulation is more stable than chlorine and chlorine dioxide assuring consistent results.
