Approximately 515,000 pounds of various raw, intact pork products were produced without the benefit of federal inspection and outside inspection hours.

Approximately 97,272 pounds of salad products that contain meat or poultry because the lettuce ingredient may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7.

Approximately 55,550 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) chicken sausage products are involved in the recall.

FSIS was notified of an investigation of Salmonella Dublin illnesses on September 9, 2019.

The fish filet products labeled as Tilapia were not presented for FSIS import re-inspection.
