Approximately 40,000 pounds of products were produced with the use of a water supply that failed to meet the Ohio Department of Health’s requirements.

Plastic materials had been discovered in soup products.

Approximately 8,000 pounds of misbranded products are affected by recall.

Approximately 12,816 pounds of fully cooked shredded beef products may be contaminated with plastic.

On September 30, 2017, FSIS was notified of an investigation of E. coli O157:H7 illnesses.

The products are mislabeled as beef pot roast but the package actually contains beef meatloaf.

Products may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7.

The product contains wheat, a known allergen which is not declared on the product label.

Two years of products are included in the recall.

A piece of metal shaving was noticed in one package of ground turkey.
