All India Spices Exporters Forum (AISEF) and the Spices Fraternity invite you to the 3rd International Spice Conference to be held in Jaipur, the Pink city of India from February 4th – 7th 2018 at one of the finest addresses in Jaipur - Crowne Plaza. The venue is just a short drive from the city’s heritage sites – Amer Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal and Jal Mahal.

Feel the pulse of the global spice industry and experience the lingering aura of the ancient opulence of the Royal City of Jaipur.

In times of volatility, uncertainty and ever changing food safety standards, it is imperative for industry leaders, international spice associations, policy makers and end users to arrive at measures that seek to address the food safety concerns and supply demand imbalances of our spice industry. The necessity to ensure sustainability of our spice crops and improve the livelihood of millions of farmers who make spices available through their hard work has urged AISEF to work towards addressing these issues.

The theme for ISC 2018 is Managing Disruptions through Transformation & Collaborations.

‘Transformation’ however is hard, requiring adjustments not only in processes, interactions and decisions but also in mind-sets, functions, culture and technology. The transformation journey becomes more complex when the supply chain includes multiple stakeholders.  In the face of globalization, massive connectivity, disruptive technologies, and shifting powers to the consumer, changing the modus operandi of how value is delivered in the Supply Chain is essential to staying on top. To stay on top, pragmatic transformation of the business is a must. Hence the need to “Collaborate” to manage the “Transformation” due to multiple and diverse stakeholders.

International Spice Conference 2018 throws light on how business model, strategy and governance fit in together and how new behaviours can be proactively designed to embark on a transformational journey without impeding business.

Who Should Attend this Conference?

ISC 2018 is aimed at professionals from food, spices and herb industry, ingredients manufacturing or fragrances and flavours industry, farmers, processors, traders, testing and regulatory authority, part of any association in food and allied services, hospitality industry and relevant government functionaries. This would be the most ideal platform for you to network with experts from all over the world.

All India Spice Exporters Forum (AISEF) celebrated its silver jubilee in the year2016 and has marked this milestone by conducting the first ever International Spice Conference (ISC 2016) on January, 2016 at Goa. ISC was a grand success and brought the entire global spice fraternity under one roof. The second edition of this prestigious event (ISC 2017) was conducted on February, 2017 at Kovalam.
