From adding in nutrition with ingredients such as fiber or Ingredion’s newly launched clean-taste pulse proteins and flours to subtracting fat, calories or sugar, Ingredion’s Culinology and applications experts at Idea Labs innovation centers will showcase optimizing the sensory experience with DIAL-IN Texture and Sweetener technology – for manufacturers wanting to deepen their understanding of consumers’ sensory preferences to develop stand out products.

Chalkboard Wall – Each day, expo guests, alongside a chalk artist, can express top trending ideas and challenges in CLEAN & SIMPLE, HEALTH & NUTRITION and SENSORY EXPERIENCE in an artistic fashion.
