Flavorseal Tight Weave Netting from Carroll Manufacturing and Sales helps eliminate surface tears and reduces product rejects for both boneless and bone-in cooked or smoked meats and poultry products. The netting will not cook into the meat and peels off cleanly for greater yields and better eye appeal. It is available in four patterns (honeycomb, ribbed, diamond or smooth) and four colors (black forest, mahogany, golden or traditional). The netting is available pre-soaked with release agents, liquid smokes or a combination of both.
