Farmland Bacon-Wrapped Pork Filets pair lean and well-marbled pork with the distinctive flavor of smokehouse bacon. This product is a premium addition to the Farmland EXTRA TENDER® fresh pork line. The combination creates a dinner entrée that will rival the familiar bacon-wrapped beef filet, the company reports.
The EXTRA TENDER basting means these filets will cook up juicy and tender every time. Because Farmland uses only 100-percent farm-produced pork for consistent quality, these filets offer moist and tender flavor in every bite.
Consumers will find each 5-ounce portion individually vacuum packaged, which means little waste and flexible serving options. Whether for a single meal or a larger gathering, the individually wrapped filets are sealed and store in the freezer until needed.
The 5-ounce filets are individually vacuum-packaged and available with printed top-film labels or packed in net-weight cartons. The cartons are packed with four, six, or 10 pieces, and the printed film product is available in four or six pieces. For even easier inventory control and minimal labor, there is a six-piece printed film pack pre-priced at $10.
