Prime Equipment Group is pleased to announce that Nick Gasbarro will join the company as Vice President of Business Development & General Counsel, with a focus on legal oversight and sales expansion in existing and new international markets.

Gasbarro brings to Prime Equipment Group a background in corporate law, business law, mergers & acquisitions and international sales. He previously lived and worked in New York, Washington D.C., Moscow and the Netherlands. He is the third generation of the Gasbarro family to join the business that his grandfather founded in 1993, building on the family’s decades of experience in the industry.

“With his background in the poultry processing industry and his talents as an attorney, Nick will be a great addition as Prime moves forward with new innovations in equipment—and into new territories to complement our offices in the U.S., Brasil, Mexico and Russia,” said Prime Equipment Group’s CEO, Michael Gasbarro. “It’s gratifying to see Nick join us in the business that my father started, but it’s equally gratifying that he brings to the table a skillset that complements the company’s executive team, giving us new expertise.”

Nick Gasbarro, a 2003 graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington who received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law School in 2007, most recently worked with White & Case LLP, one of the world’s largest international law firms in New York City. In his new role, he says he is looking forward to working more closely with Prime’s customers domestically and overseas, and to developing new international business for the company.

Gasbarro will work from the company’s Columbus, Ohio, headquarters and will travel extensively in support of Prime’s customers.
