Universal Pasteurization and Cold Storage (www.universalhpp.com) has announced the hiring of Melanie Galloway as Chief Executive Officer. Galloway brings a broad range of experience to the CEO role, having worked in the food technology industry for over 12 years, most recently as Global President of Food Technologies for Kemin Industries.
As Global President of Food Technologies for Kemin Industries, she held full responsibility for Kemin’s global ingredients business with operations in the U.S., Europe, Asia, China, India and South America. Melanie began her career at Kemin as the Business Director for North America in 2002, developing the company’s food ingredient business.
