Jefcoat has more than 20 years of poultry industry experience. He started his career as an advanced management trainee in a poultry processing plants. His experience includes work in plant operations, deboning processing management, customer service management and sales management.

Prior to joining Foodmate US, Jefcoat was territory sales manager and regional account manager at several large poultry processing systems manufacturers.

His industry expertise is an asset to our team.”   A former collegiate athlete, Jefcoat earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Southern Mississippi. His performance has awarded him several acknowledgments and titles throughout his career.

Jefcoat lives in Magnolia, Miss., with his wife, Melissa. They have three daughters, Taylor, 19, Carrington, 15, and Timber Ann, 10. He enjoys spending time with his family, participating in local mission work, coaching fast-pitch softball and hunting.
