Essentia Protein Solutions offers organic products
Sales of organic food products are rapidly expanding in the retail and foodservice channels. As a result – food manufacturers are scrambling to source organic certified ingredients.
Already positioned as an innovation leader with protein ingredients, Essentia Protein Solutions is launching a major expansion to its line of ProBase™ ingredients to include organic chicken products. These new organic chicken items will significantly increase Essentia’s line of clean label ingredients.

Essentia’s existing poultry ingredients are already 100% natural, contain no added MSG and are non-allergenic. These products are frequently used to add flavor to cooked poultry products, soups, sauces, gravies, marinades, side dishes and as a base for complex food flavors.
