A Douglas Ascend bottom load case packer loads 48 flash frozen breakfast patties into RSCs. This solution ensures that stacked patties stay uniform while loading. The cases are bottom-sealed with glue and taped on top at 30 cases per minute. Downstream, an integrated Douglas TriVex top load case packer loads the cases into a larger shipper case.
