Dosch started his career at Cryovac as a Production Assistant, and was promoted to Flexographic Press Operator and then Field Quality Analyst. In 2014 he moved over to sales as a Territory Sales Representative. He was responsible for managing and growing a diverse customer portfolio in a $20MM annual territory which covered Utah and Southeast Idaho. He developed and maintained relationships with key players, made cold calls, sold value propositions to the customer and effectively managed receivables and inventory.  He sold over $5MM Cryovac equipment solutions in 3 years.

Most recently he worked at Balcon Plastics/ First Film Extruding, where he was building a new territory for the company. His territory was on track to reach $4.5MM after only 2 years of development. 

Dosch has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX.

Alicia Shoulders  is the new Midwest Regional Sales Manager. She will be based in Colorado, and her territory will be the Midwest region including Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. 

Shoulders recently worked at Provisur Technologies Inc., Mokena, IL & Centennial, CO as a West Coast Account Manager, where her territory included everything west of Iowa (including Canada). She was responsible for managing the current installed base and identifying new sales opportunities. She also reconfigured customer's equipment to improve productivity while removing all competitor's equipment. Prior to being an Account Manager, she had been a Product Specialist for Provisur where she was responsible for specifying new equipment, preparing quotes, and processing orders. Previously, she worked at Pentair Valves & Controls USLP and R.A. Jones & Co. as an Applications Specialist/Contract Administrator and Inside Sales Administrator.

Shoulders has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with Minors in Management and International Business from Western Illinois University.
