Deli brand Boar's Head is launching The Fryer's Deep Fried Turkey Breast, featuring the flavor of a traditional deep-fried turkey.
To celebrate the launch, Boar's Head is debuting a fully integrated national media campaign across television, audio, digital and social platforms. The campaign kicks off May 4, 2026, with an activation on Sphere's Exosphere in Las Vegas, utilizing the world's largest LED screen to showcase the product's arrival to deli counters nationwide.
The Fryer's Deep Fried Turkey Breast features extra lean turkey breast cold-brined for moisture, slowly oven roasted, then fried. The product has 44% lower sodium than what USDA data shows for deli-cut white rotisserie turkey.
