Smashburger is a fast casual restaurant touting a “better burger.” It was recently launched and funded by concept development firm Consumer Capital Partners. The new location will be in Quebec Square and will be one of eight restaurants that the company plans to open in Denver by the end of the year.
“Our goal is to become Denver’s favorite burger place, and with the addition of this newest location to our five other stores throughout the city, we know we are reaching an ever-growing number of Denverites,” said Scott Crane, president of Smashburger.
