Editor's note: In the interest of making the Daily Price Points an easier read for our readers, we've altered our delivery format slightly. 10-day charts will post every other Friday, 30-day charts every month, and every two months, 60-day charts will post. At the end of the 60-day cycle, a new file will be started and the previous two months' worth of prices will be archived.
