Bone Remover

Jarvis Products Corp. has recently introduced the Model PB-1 Pin Bone Removers for salmon in two versions â€” air operated and battery powered. The air operated version uses a unique mechanical picking action to gently remove pin bones from nearly all fresh/defrosted and smoked fillets. A water supply adapter and air panel are also included. The new cordless battery powered pin bone remover is suitable for light production and lower-volume fish processing facilities, and is perfect for fish markets and restaurant kitchens. It can handle up to 6 fillets per minute, and operates approximately 30 minutes on one 15 minute charge.
