Process Expo 2011 achieves sales milestone of 140,000 square feet

After four weeks of exhibit sales to FPSA members, the association reports reaching a record milestone of 140,000 square feet for the 2011 Process Expo trade show. The show will be held November 1 – 4 at McCormick Place (South Hall) in Chicago.

“The excitement is contagious,” said Scott Scriven, chairman of the Food Processing Suppliers Association and President of Weber Inc. “Suppliers have stepped up and claimed their stake at what promises to be a unique and groundbreaking event in the food processing and packaging industry,” he continued.

In 2011, Process Expo begins a biennial show cycle as a major worldwide trade show serving the food processing and packaging industry throughout multiple industry sectors including bakery, beverage, confectionary, dairy, fruit & vegetable and meat.
