Pocino’s Natural Corned Beef Brisket has no artificial ingredients or additives, and no nitrites or nitrates are added. Braised to perfection in our state-of-the-art ovens, the products are individually packed in 1.5- to 2-lb. packages, eight per case. This product will hold for 60 days when refrigerated at 36°F or under.
