Designed specifically for small to medium processors and R&D labs, NuTEC’s completely hydraulic 720 Forming Machine is versatile enough to run beef, pork, poultry, seafood, cheese and more.  Powered by a 15 horsepower motor, this PLC controlled forming machine is a production workhorse.

Featuring a 300 pound hopper, the 720 has a variable speed of 15 to 65 strokes per minute. Its usable mold plate area is 9” wide x 6” front to back, with a mold plate thickness 1/8” through 1 1/4”.  Mold plates are available with single-hole or multi-hole depending on the processor’s patty size.  The same hydraulic technology employed on NuTEC’s larger models enables the 720 to provide greater dependability on a smaller capacity machine, and guarantees perfect shapes, home-made product quality, and consistent weight control. Choose from NuTECtured fill systems, flatteners, perforators, and other accessories that work with the 720 to update the look, texture, and taste of burgers, too!
