The North American Meat Institute’s Board of Directors this week adopted new vision, mission and values statements during the Meat Industry Summit in Carlsbad, Calif.
Meat Institute President and CEO Julie Anna Potts expressed concern over the nutritional consequences this decision will have on New York City students.
