NAMP has announced the E. coli Conference for Beef Further Processors, Aug. 17 – 18 near O’Hare Airport in Chicago, IL. The conference will include three special summit meetings.
The North American Meat Processors Association (NAMP) announced a brand new Center of the Plate Training course June 23 – 24 at Kendall College in Chicago, Ill.

Most that know me know that when I travel to the U.S. I enjoy debating American politics, especially with Americans.
