noax Technologies AG has recently added a 19-inch screen model to its versatile compact series line of PCs. The larger-dimensioned display allows for more convenient use of the C19 Industrial PC. Graphics, processes and operating buttons are more clearly displayed, allowing for increased productivity. The reliably tough construction of the noax compact series makes the new C19 Compact IPC a market leader when it comes to dependability, long service life and user friendliness.

Because noax compact series Industrial PCs meet the most varied requirements, they are used in the most diverse environments: processing of metals and plastics forklifts for warehouse logistics, agriculture and forestry, mining and drilling, and in special machines for underground and tunnel construction. The C19 Compact IPC can control production processes, visualize processes, capture machine and operating data, or display work orders. This often requires information to be entered quickly by the user. By adding a 19 inch / 48.3 cm screen to the compact series, noax Technologies AG has allowed these processes to be performed easily.

Greater ergonomics, accelerated processes In addition to the famous noax toughness, the C19 model also offers greater user friendliness for the operators. The larger screen allows the displayed information to be recognized faster. To be able to visualize important information in a production environment helps considerably to increase productivity and to accelerate processes. With its SXGA resolution (1280x1024) and the LED backlit TFT display, the new noax C19 Industrial PC can reliably complete each activity. The 19 inch diagonal high-resolution, extremely tough, analog resistive touchscreen allows the buttons or control panels to be displayed larger which makes data entry easier, even when the operator of the IPC is wearing gloves.

Flexible integration, additional user comfort
All noax IPCs have several interfaces as standard equipment to connect various peripherals. The C19 offers additional interfaces and slots for expansion cards for PCI-, PCIe- and mini-PCIe-cards. In addition, there is a secured USB port on the front of the Industrial PC for uses such as transferring software updates.

The administrator can use noax NSetup tool to ensure that only authorized persons can use this USB port. In order to have current data available at any time under different conditions, the new C19 offers two Ethernet ports, 2/3 integrated WLAN antennas, integrated Bluetooth and mobile wireless capability.

In addition, freely programmable function keys are available to easily start frequently used functions or switch between applications quickly.

Power and durability
Like all noax IPCs, the C19 was developed to be used in a tough environment and has several features that make it the logical choice. The tough construction guarantees sound functioning even under extremely harsh conditions, such as those that exist in metal or plastic processing, foundries or underground and tunnel construction. The new C19 is completely sealed according to protection class IP65, and is thoroughly protected from splashing water or dust.
