MCE’s Tabletop Conveyors are versatile in handling many types of packages and products. Available in powder coated mild steel or stainless steel, they are capable of high-speed transporting, accumulating, sorting, single filing, inclining, and declining. Many options are available including motors, variable speed drives, side guides, and support stands.

Mat-Style Conveyors from MCE are designed to easily handle flexible packaging, plastic containers, cartons, cases, and bundles. These plastic belt conveyors provide high impact resistance and trouble-free performance. They are available in 12”, 18” and 24” wide designs, and can be configured to fit plant layout applications that are straight-running as well as those that require turns. MCE’s low profile Belted Conveyors are the ideal solution where a higher degree of precision or smooth operation may be required in applications such as part positioning, stepped assembly, indexing, machine integration or robotic interface.

The new patent-pending Rapid-Rail will also be on hand at MCE’s booth. Engineered to simplify changeovers on the packaging line, Rapid-Rail offers a single point, easy-to-use hand adjustment of guide rails to accommodate multiple package sizes on the same piece of equipment. Now several points along the conveyor, over a long distance, can be controlled from one location on the line.
