Owens Meats, a butcher shop in Cle Elum, Wash., have launched a new addition to the company’s store: a vending machine that distributes beef jerky, pepperoni and more. With the addition of the vending machine, customers can satisfy their meat craving at any hour of the day.

The vending machine is actually the second of its kind that Owens Meats services. The other is situated at a nearby bookstore, and co-owner Doug Owens says there are plans for 10 other machines in the works. Owens told KOMO News that this summer he had a brainstorm to satisfy meat lovers who were craving their products but found the shop closed.

"While I was hiding behind the counter it just kind of hit me that we need a vending machine out front," said Owens.

On a good night, Owens said it pulled in $300.
