The Honey Baked Ham Company LLC, one of the nation's premier food retailers, announced Jo Ann Herold as its new chief marketing officer (CMO) effective June 12, 2017. Herold returns after previously working with the brand for 16 years.

Herold will lead strategic marketing directing development and execution for retail, franchise and e-commerce to generate continued demand for products and participation with the brand. As part of her role, she will look to define the lunch and catering category for the brand and work cross-functionally across multiple segments of the business to ensure profitable growth.

Herold previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Interface, Inc. & FLOR, Interim Chief Marketing Officer at Tropical Smoothie Café & Asian Tin Drum Kitchen, Vice President of Brand Strategy & Communications at Arby's Restaurant Group. She also consulted for Intercontinental Hotels after leading strategic marketing for HoneyBaked Ham.
