Many of Eriez’ most popular products--from grate magnets to vibratory feeders and metal detectors--are offered through its Quick Ship stocking program. Most of these quick-ship items are available in three convenient designations: next-day, 5-day and 10-day shipment.

The Eriez ProGrade quick ship magnetic separator line includes a selection of grates, plates, traps and tubes to provide a solution for every processing application.  Customers can choose from Ceramic, Rare Earth or industry’s strongest Xtreme Rare Earth magnet strength to satisfy their specific needs.

Additional Eriez magnetic separation equipment available for quick shipping includes drawer magnets, pneumatic cartridges, handheld inspection magnets and pull test kits.

Eriez Quick Ship program also offers stock Xtreme Metal Detectors for delivery in two weeks or less.  

The company stocks 24 equipment SKUs for quick assembly and delivery. Models include Eriez’ Xtreme Metal Detector Conveyor System, Liquid Line Metal Detector, Vertical Low Profile System and Vertical Form, Fill and Seal Metal Detector. Feeders Fast offers nearly 40 feeder models using stock components, available for shipment within five days. These electromagnetic vibratory feeders are AC-powered, making them extremely reliable and energy efficient. They are ideal for many sanitary, industrial and process applications.

Compact feeders up to 20 TPH are available in tray sizes to 16 inches wide and 60 inches long. Heavy duty feeders are offered in four models with capacities from 70 to 420 TPH.
