Exhibitors highlight efficiency and food safety innovations.
Handtmann presents its PVLH 248 linking, cutting and hanging line for cooked and dry sausages in peel-off and collagen casing, as well as meat substitute products into peel-off casing. The flexible voider and conveying system supports a variety of applications and frequent product changes.
Mettler Toledo’s Eric Barth showcases the company’s new X53 X-ray Inspection System designed for bulk flow products. This dual-energy X-ray inspection system detects contaminants in unpackaged products in a bulk flow format, inspecting up to more than 11,000 pounds of product per hour.
The EATS 2025 show features three production lines: pepperoni, bakery and pet food. The pepperoni line exhibitors include Anritsu, BAK Food Equipment, Epstein, Fusion Tech Integrated, Handtmann, Multivac, Poly-clip System and Weber.
The Pujolas PF3DRL 3D meat press shapes bacon, ham, shoulders or any other product that requires uniformity for portioning. These meat presses enable producers to create a uniform three-dimensional shape in a single-pass-through machine. The presses can handle fresh, frozen or crust-frozen meats. The system features rapid toolless changeover between molds and easy disassembly for washdown.
Reiser’s Form/Fill/Seal Packaging produces vacuum, modified atmosphere and vacuum skin packages, extending both product freshness and shelf life. The Rapid Air System guarantees high-quality packs. The equipment also enables quick changeovers for various package styles.

Under an agreement with Modernpack Hoppe GmbH, Ross Industries is the exclusive United States distributor of the SEPAmatic line.
