Meat processor Creekstone Farms is partnering with Marble to bolster its meat processing efficiency with AI-powered automation at its Kansas facility. Marble is a technology company focused on automating labor-intensive tasks in the meat processing industry.

The addition of Marble’s Pack-Off and Box Verification technologies reduces inefficiencies, allowing for increased sales opportunities, better decision-making with product-level analytics and improved customer satisfaction with automated sorting, box verification and claim traceability.

“Since fully implementing Marble’s technology in September 2025, customer claims for order issues have decreased 75%,” said Andrew Baltz, chief operating officer for Creekstone Farms. “With Pack-Off and Box Verification, we now have the ability to eliminate unintentional oversight, allowing for orders to be delivered on-time, in-full and with the correct items at increasingly high rates of success.”

Baltz, who was promoted to COO in July 2025, continues to guide Creekstone’s innovation pipeline, with Marble’s partnership highlighting his overall vision for the company.

“With the help of Marble, we are now able to automate processes along the supply chain that the meat industry thought couldn’t ever be automated – and we are just getting started here at Creekstone,” Baltz said.

Creekstone’s President and CEO, Yoshinobu Takahashi, echoes the team’s enthusiasm for the increased efficiencies Marble’s products give to the company’s retail customers. “As Creekstone establishes ourselves as innovators within the meat industry, we are excited for where this partnership with Marble will take us into the future.”

Headquartered in Lincoln, Neb., the team at Marble is passionate about tackling tough challenges in the food supply chain. "Our goal is to increase efficiency and create new product value for our customers. By leveraging the power of AI, our automated Pack-Off solution delivers on both,” said Chafik Barbar, chief executive officer for Marble. “We’re committed to building practical, advanced automation solutions that move the meat industry forward.
