Reepack ReeMaster 700 NextGen Automatic Tray Sealer

Designed for medium- to large-scale companies in fresh food production, the ReeMaster 700 supports continuous production while delivering consistent package integrity. The machine features servo-driven indexing conveyors and side grippers for precise tray positioning and smooth transfer into the die set. It supports multiple packaging formats, including standard sealing, modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), and vacuum skin packaging (VSP), and integrates seamlessly with downstream equipment.

Built with stainless steel, washdown-ready construction and an open-frame design, the machine provides full access for cleaning and maintenance to support strict food safety protocols. A 12-inch color touchscreen interface and built-in recipe management simplify navigation and operation, while fully tool-free access enables quick changeovers.

Reepack ReeForm E10 Thermoformer

Also on display at AAMP, the Reepack ReeForm E10 Thermoformer offers a compact, flexible solution for small- to medium-scale producers. It accommodates a wide range of packaging styles, including flexible, rigid, semi-rigid, MAP, VSP, saddlepack and more.

The ReeForm E10’s stainless steel, open-frame design enables easy sanitation in washdown environments, while a user-friendly control panel simplifies programming and operation for users of varying skill levels. Its processing stations are electric, providing added energy savings.
