SALISBURY, Md. – Perdue Farms announced Wednesday that it will extend the hours for its toll-free consumer hotline for Thanksgiving week.

The hotline, at (800) 473-7383, offers shopping and storing tips, roasting instructions and recipes.

The hotline will be open the following hours for the holiday week:

•           Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 24 and 25: 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST

•           Wednesday, Nov. 26: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. EST

•           Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. EST
