Mettler-Toledo Safeline has introduced the PowerPhasePLUS RB for metal detection with bulk products including bags, sacks, cartons, and loose bulk products. The PowerPhasePLUS RB detects all metal types, including normally difficult to detect non-magnetic stainless steels and non-spherical contaminants such as wire and swarf. The PowerPhase operator interface provides rapid, easy set-up routines and adjustment for maximized manufacturing uptime. Custom designs can be configured to exact plant conditions and requirements allowing easy integration into all process lines. A choice of sealing standards and finishes are available.
