Hatfield Quality Meats improves Simply Tender Portions line

In the fall of 2009 Hatfield Quality Meats released the Simply Tender Portions lines. Now, in response to customers’ needs, Hatfield has made significant improvements to the pork line. Simply Tender Portions are now available in convenient, no-touch, 16-ounce, EZ peel packages, with four, 4-ounce filets or pork chops in each bag. This new annual reception will celebrate the Meat Industry Hall of Fame Class of 2023 inductees in person during the AAMP American Convention of Meat Processors & Suppliers’ Exhibition in Omaha, Nebraska.
