Pork loin cutler fritters recalled due to presence of MSG
The products subject to recall include 12-pound cases of "Pork Loin Cutlet Fritter," containing 36 servings. These products have an identifying package code of "10812" and bear pack dates between "02/2/2011" and "03/3/2011."
Each case bears the establishment number "EST. 27510" inside the USDA mark of inspection. These products were produced on various dates between Feb. 2, 2011 and March 3, 2011, and were shipped to wholesale firms in Calif., Ga., Hawaii, Ill., N.J., and N.Y. for further sale.
The problem was discovered during a routine inspection by FSIS personnel.
