Consumers can enter at www.NolanRyanBeef.com for a chance to win prizes, including a meet and greet with Nolan Ryan, autographed gear, Hasty-Bake charcoal grills and a selection of Nolan Ryan’s All-Natural Beef.
“We want to give our retail and foodservice partners an opportunity to generate interest and excitement about the brand early in the grilling season,” said Ted Lawson, vice president of marketing and sales. “For us, grilling season coincides with baseball season so there isn’t a better time to let our beef fans and Nolan’s fans learn more about his passion for all-natural beef and baseball.”
The promotion is being supported with social media, point-of-sale merchandising and sampling events with participating retailers and restaurant partners. Acknowledging the growth of mobile-web use among consumers, the point-of-sale materials feature a QR (quick response) barcode that directs smart phone users directly to the sign-up page.
