In a year that saw concerns over feed prices, fears over government regulations and worries over transportation costs, it’s comforting to know that many meat and poultry companies experienced strong sales – record sales in some instances.

The mid-sized and small-processor sector of the meat processing industry continues to demonstrate the creativity and initiative that are necessary in trying times.
