Infrabaker International introduces the Infrabaker Roller Cooker, an innovative Infrared Cooker specifically optimized for round products. On this Infrabaker one can color, cook and/or cure a wide range of round shaped products like sausage links, round hams and salami.

TheInfrabaker Roller Cooker (patent pending) uses a conveyor that turns the product evenly whilst moving forward so that the product is hit by the infrared beams on all sides. Furthermore this Infrabaker comes equipped with a mechanism to optimize the distance between the Infrared emitters and the product on the conveyor, the same system will become available on the standard modular line to get even better cooking and coloring results.
