Nashville Predators fans will soon taste a change in the hot dogs available at Bridgestone Arena, which was recently ranked the sixth-best entertainment venue in North America by Rolling Stone. With Hockey season underway, the Predsand Kayem Foodsannounced a new multi-year sponsorship and licensing agreement to manufacture and distribute Kayem Franks and Sausages at Bridgestone Arena during Preds games and Arena events, making Kayem the official brand of Franks and Sausage of the Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena.

As part of the agreement, visitors to one of the nation’s busiest arenas can enjoy Kayem Beef Hot Dogs and Kayem Italian Sausage. Kayem Franks at Bridgestone Arena feature Kayem’s special all-beef recipe, offering a unique blend of spices for a distinct bolder flavor. Kayem Italian Sausage features Kayem’s proprietary pork recipe and offers a distinct hearty flavor as well. The plump and juicy franks and sausage have no fillers and are MSG and gluten free.

The new agreement expands Kayem Foods’ presence in southeastern United States. Recently, Kayem was named the Official hot dog and sausage of the Atlanta Falcons. Kayem is also the official brand of Franks and Sausage of The Florida State Seminoles, Jacksonville Jaguars and Everbank Field, the Tampa Bay Rays and Tropicana Field and JetBlue Park at Fenway South. The brand is looking to expand to other Southeastern-area grocery stores in the near future.

“We are thrilled to partner with the Predators for the privilege of serving great tasting franks and sausage to millions of Predators fans and people visiting Bridgestone Arena,” said Bob Kufferman, Kayem Senior Brand Manager. “The Predators partnership marks the latest milestone in our efforts to reach sports fans throughout southeastern United States through partnerships with major professional and college sports teams, and is a key step in our continued efforts to expand Kayem’s brand presence, while delivering top-quality franks and sausage to the fans.”

“We always strive to enhance the Bridgestone Arena experience with our Loyal Legion of fans, and to that end we couldn’t be more excited about our partnership with Kayem Foods,” Nashville Predators President/COO Sean Henry said. “Our fans demand the best product on the ice as well as off the ice. With our exciting roster additions for the 2013-14 season, our recent rankings as one of the top entertainment venues in North America and our partnership with Kayem, we are now bringing our fans the best-of-the-best as we work towards our ultimate goal. I’m really excited about partnering with Kayem Foods and, in the future, our chefs from Delaware North Companies will work with chefs from Kayem to give our fans a unique “Preds dog” with that special Smashville touch that can only be found at Bridgestone Arena.”

Kayem Foods, founded in 1909, is the largest meat processor in New England and is expanding its presence throughout the east coast. Owned and operated by the same family for more than 100 years, the company manufactures Kayem Franks, the #1 brand of franks sold in New England. Best known for its Old Tyme Natural Casing franks, Kayem produces over 100 varieties of hot dogs and 300 varieties of deli meats, sausage and dinner hams under the Kayem, al fresco, Schonland’s, McKenzie, Triple M, Genoa, Jordan’s, Deutschmacher, Kirschner and Essem brands. Kayem is the official frank and sausage of The New England Patriots and Gillette Stadium, Jacksonville Jaguars and EverBank Field, the Washington Redskins and FedExField and the Atlanta Falcons and the Georgia Dome.
