The summit's theme is 'A Look at Avian Influenza to Prevent Its Spread and Recover from the Damages It Caused.'

The summit will be held in conjunction with the International Poultry Expo and is co-hosted by the Latin American Poultry Association.

Additional topics to be covered by prominent authorities in the Latin American poultry industry during the summit include “Past, Present and Future of USDA-FSIS Salmonella & Campylobacter Regulations” and “Key Welfare Indicators to Use in Animal Welfare Programs,” among others.

The Latin American Poultry Summit is organized into four tracks to provide in-depth information in each area.

The program will feature a one-day agenda to allow all attendees as much time as possible to connect and engage with exhibitors on the trade show floor.
