Triple T Specialty Meats, Duck Commander Family Foods join forces to develop new line of jerky snack products
Triple T Specialty Meats Inc. announced that it has signed an agreement with the Robertson family – from A&E's popular reality show Duck Dynasty – to develop a line of jerky snack products under the Duck Commander Family Foods brand.
"Our partnership with the Robertson family goes beyond ink and paper," said Jolene Heikens, president and CEO of Triple T Specialty Meats. "They invited us to their Louisiana home, extending their support and resources to ensure a successful launch. We feel truly blessed to be working with such a genuine and caring family."
"When we began our adventure of developing the Duck Commander Family Foods line, we vowed to be selective in only choosing products with the flavor and quality that we would craft in our own kitchen and feed our family,” added Willie Robertson, CEO of Duck Commander Family Foods. “Working with Triple T Specialty Meats has helped us do just that and we are pleased to offer snack products that closely identify with our hunting lifestyle.”
Beginning this month, customers of Fareway Food Stores located in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska and South Dakota can find Willie's Original, Teriyaki and Smokin' Hot snack sticks and Original beef jerky. Nationwide distribution will be available soon.
