An employee at a JBS meat packing plant was stabbed to death after a confrontation with a co-worker. Danny Vazquez, 25, died from his injuries after the stabbing at the Franconia, Pa., plant on Wednesday morning, reports the Morning Call.

The killer, who has not been identified, stabbed Vazquez and fled, but was captured a short distance from the plant, according to Montgomery County First Assistant District Attorney Kevin Steele. Steele said that the assailant who was also stabbed, underwent surgery for his injuries. No charges will be filed until an autopsy has been completed.

Steele said both men had been employees at the facility "for some time." As of Wednesday morning, Steele said he did not know of a motive.
