Ruiz Foods, a Denison, Texas establishment, is recalling approximately 59 pounds of sausage product due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced. The product contains soy, a known allergen which is not declared on the product label.

The following product is subject to recall: 4.5-lb. cases containing 3 trays with 8 pieces of “Egg Sausage and Cheese Wrapped in a Flour Tortilla.”
