Duravant acquires Hamer, LLC, expanding reach with packaging equipment solutions
Duravant, a global engineered equipment manufacturer serving the food processing, packaging and material handling sectors, announced today it has acquired Hamer, LLC, the Plymouth, MN based manufacturer of packaging equipment specializing in automated bagging systems, fillers, sealers and robotic palletizers. The purchase expands Duravant’s packaging platform and strengthens its engineering, design and service expertise in bag management system solutions. Duravant acquired Hamer from Hanover Partners and Tuckerman Capital.
Hamer’s innovative, high quality and value-added packaging solutions include equipment for dosing, filling, bag closing, form fill seal automation, palletizing and fully automatic turnkey bagging systems.
