METTLER TOLEDO hosts Food Safety Educational Center at 2015 PROCESS EXPO

The Food Processing Suppliers Association's PROCESS EXPO 2015 will bring together the world's most successful food and beverage processors, equipment manufacturers and leaders in the field of academia.

METTLER TOLEDO will showcase its competencies in product inspection and industrial weighing and formulation for manufacturers of bakery and snacks; beverages; dairy; meat, poultry and seafood; and prepared foods.

METTLER TOLEDO will host join experts from BRC, SQF, IFS, and FSSC22000 who will present their latest updates. Presentations will be open to all attendees at Process Expo 2015.

Experts from METTLER TOLEDO will discuss topics including sanitary equipment design, label mix-up detection and prevention, product traceability and overall inspection system connectivity. Other presentations will cover maximizing overall equipment effectiveness in food processing operations, improving metal detection in challenging applications and using X-ray inspection as a critical control point.

The Meat Industry Hall of Fame was created in 2009 to enshrine the leaders and legends whose visions, skills, and dedication have shaped and sustained the meat and poultry industries.

This new annual reception will celebrate the Meat Industry Hall of Fame Class of 2023 inductees in person during the AAMP American Convention of Meat Processors & Suppliers’ Exhibition in Omaha, Nebraska.
