Hygienic and durable stainless steel is used in the continuously welded design of Hollymatic’s Tender-Cut. The conical drum that is supported on rollers features 72 plastic guided hook knives with stainless steel blades that are easy to change. Additional features include:

  • A perforated inlet chute measuring 19 ½” (50 cm) long
  • A slideable acrylic window with an emergency switch
  • A control touch panel with drum revolution control
