Panna Café Express To Go Inc., a North Miami Beach, Fla., establishment, is recalling approximately 1,951 pounds of various meat and poultry products that were produced without the benefit of federal inspection and used the USDA marks of inspection without authorization, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced.
