Lobel's introduces all-new 100 percent Filet Mignon burger

Online butcher shop and fine-food purveyor Lobel’s of New York has further expanded its line of ground-beef products with a new burger composed of 100% USDA Prime Filet Mignon meat.

The Lobels have taken their #1 selling steak, filet mignon, and ground it to a 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio to ensure that this burger has every nuance of beefy flavor and juiciness for which filet mignon is most prized.

The new USDA Prime Filet Mignon Burgers are sold exclusively through Lobel’s website at www.lobels.com. The 8 oz. burgers come 2 per order for $21.95. Also available are 2 oz. USDA Prime Filet Mignon Sliders which come 8 per order for $21.95, and 2 lbs. ground bulk USDA Filet Mignon for $42.95.

The new addition extends the line of ground-beef burgers that includes USDA Prime Ground Beef and Ground Prime Rib Burgers. Lobel’s of New York also offers Natural Prime Ground Beef, Wagyu Ground Beef, as well as Ground All Natural Chicken, Ground All-Natural Lamb, and Ground Berkshire Pork.

Lobel’s is known as one of the leading purveyors of USDA Prime grade, dry-aged beef as well as the finest all-natural veal and lamb, fresh poultry, Berkshire pork, seafood and specialty products.  All Lobel’s of New York foods are shipped by overnight delivery.
